Adorable Kitty Kat Found a Home !

i wanted to let you know that we found a home for the rescue Kitty Kat that came in a couple weeks ago,

it's a real twist because they were seeking a declawed cat, and i discovered that Kitty Kat was declawed on all 4 paws.

the new owners just picked him up to take him to his new home, and i am all swelled up, that little fellow stole my heart,

i am going to miss him out there, he was by far the sweetest most affectionate loving little cat i have ever known,

just a precious gem ...

Here is link to videos and pictures – good luck Kitty Kat!

Dottie Cat needs a Loving Home

A lady that feeds several cat colonies in Dunedin reached out to me in late 2020 to see if I might be able to help her rescue a sweet little girl that had been born in one of the colonies, but had been socialized (and fed) by someone living in a nearby apartment for a couple years.  Apparently the tenants moved from the apartment and just left the little girl there to fend for herself L  I went to see her, and she came right up to me and walked into the carrier I had brought.  I named her Dottie (for the ‘dot’ on her forehead, and she also has a black tail, like someone dipped it in ink).  I had her for a couple months, got her spayed and all her shots in February of last year and successfully adopted her out to a lady (Sara) who is a single mother with shared custody of her son, who lives in Indian Rocks Beach.  She had wanted a companion for her son, and Dottie settled in, her son and Dottie were best buds, and things seemed to be going really well.

Unfortunately Sara reached out to me recently to let me know she unfortunately needs to look for a new home for Dottie – Sara’s son began spending more time at his dad’s house (and Dottie got more attached to Sara in the absences) and when her son is with her now, Dottie hides and hisses and growls at him.  He is just a young boy, and is heartbroken she doesn’t like him anymore. (He is a good little boy, loving and caring, he doesn’t tease Dottie or anything like that, it just appears that Dottie has developed a strong attachment for his mom and is now jealous of him.  Appears Dottie is a “one-person” cat.).  Dottie is very affectionate with Sara when they are alone, but when her son comes back from visits with his Dad, Dottie is NOT happy, and her demeanor definitely changes.  Sara let some time go by, in case it was a temporary situation, but it appears that it is not, and since it seems to upset both her son and Dottie when he is there – Sara feels it would be in Dottie’s best interest to get a home with perhaps a single lady who Dottie could love and lavish with all her attention.

I’ve included a copy of Dottie’s vet paperwork (below) and it reflects that Dottie is due for her annual shots (rabies, etc.).  Sara said she has not gotten them yet – I told Sara it would help tremendously in finding a new home for her if she takes Dottie to get her shots so she is up to date. Forgot to mention (but the vet paperwork has it on there) that the vet ‘guestimated’ her age in February of last year as 2 ˝ years (so would now be 3 ˝ years old).  She seemed to be younger to me, but that’s just my gut, not science

is a darling little fur baby – she’s petite and sweet.  Sara said she would be so grateful, and to please feel free to contact her directly for whatever she can do to help make this happen.  Her cell number is 727-614-1486.

Hi! My name is Moo. I am a 5 and a half yr old neutered male cat. Right now,  I am on limited time.  My owner's friend passed away recently, and the house I'm in might get possessed soon by the bank. Her daughter's friend was supposed to take me Friday, not getting any responses now. My owner can't take me because her friend  (where she's moving to) is allergic.  I'm very lovable and get along well with others. I have everything I need except for litter  (torn up newspaper works fine)
